Deep Purpose creates a seismic shift in personal performance within companies. In the late 60's, with the mandate from President Kennedy to put a man on the moon, NASA introduced the first mass marketed experience of Deep Purpose. At the time, CBS television did an interview with a janitor at Cape Canaveral. When asked what the woman did at NASA, her response was, "I am putting a man on the moon!" The janitor's response was filled with pride and a sense of importance, of PURPOSE. Her task may simply have been cleaning, but her PURPOSE was putting a man on the moon.Impact on the Bottom Line
