Our classroom is expansive skiing and the inner territory of head, heart and gut. In one day, we will take your performance higher!

Yes, we’re using skiing as a metaphor for life and leadership. Like life, snow and terrain conditions vary, which make for a very robust learning playground!

Ever-versatile, big terrain Winter Park, is the destination of our resort program this winter. Here’s our invite and the key to the program:  Show up with a life or leadership goal, and a personal skiing goal. (Have a leadership team and want to bring them? Go for it! If you do, bring a performance goal for your team or company, as well! You’re not likely to get this opportunity at this price again!)  

In this program we’ll guide you to higher performance. Your coaches and leadership guides are experts, literally world class. An inbound, resort-based program for leaders doesn’t get better than this. Our guarantee.

Program overview:  Arrive early evening April 1. We’ll have some munchies, and a beverage of your choice, get to know each other and check in on personal learning goals. The 2nd through the 4th, we’re up early to yoga/stretching if you wish, then to a continental breakfast! From there we spend a full day on the mountain in exploration and further development of your life/leadership and skiing skills.

We depart daily from our private base meeting area. Using skiing as a metaphor for life and/or leadership, our participant to coach ratio is 3:1.  Each day your awareness and skills build. Closing ceremonies are the last day at après ski, allowing you an easy departure. We’ve done our best to assure every element of the program is simply the best, integrating learning with fun and personal growth.
