Exclusive Beaver Creek Resort, Colorado, is the destination of our resort program this winter. Show up with a leadership goal, performance goal for your team or company, and a personal skiing goal. Your accommodations are at Beaver Creek Resort's luxurious, The Inn at Beaver Creek. We depart from their private base area daily. Using skiing as a metaphor for leadership, our participant to coach ratio is 3:1. You’ll arrive for an opening reception and skiing starts immediately the next day. Closing ceremonies are the last evening , allowing an easy departure the next day. Every element of the program is simply the best, integrating learning with fun and personal growth.

This three-day program is an all-inclusive, including gratuities, with the exception of your airfare to and from Denver International Airport. This program may also be tax deductible as professional development.
